System Architecture
The core measurement unit is the DAS-882 mainboard, providing 8 differential analog inputs, 8 digital inputs, and 2 relay outputs for roller motor control. This single-board architecture constitutes the complete measurement and control electronics of a roller brake tester and is currently in active R&D field validation.
Embedded Control Board
The main control unit of the Braketrax system, responsible for signal acquisition, processing, and hardware interfacing.
It connects load cells, sensors, actuators, and communication modules into a unified measurement system.
Software Support
A suite of applications for configuration, calibration, real-time monitoring, and analysis of brake testing systems.
The software layer provides full control and visualization of system performance.
