System Architecture
The system architecture described here represents the current state of the Braketrax hardware and software platform. Active R&D work focuses on validating this architecture across the full spectrum of heterogeneous legacy mechanical environments encountered in real-world retrofit scenarios.
Embedded Control Board
The main control unit of the Braketrax system, responsible for signal acquisition, processing, and hardware interfacing.
It connects load cells, sensors, actuators, and communication modules into a unified measurement system.
Software Support
A suite of applications for configuration, calibration, real-time monitoring, and analysis of brake testing systems.
The software layer provides full control and visualization of system performance.
